Binary Point Reversal Trading Strategy

The Binary Point Reversal trading strategy for binary options is based on using price reversal points to buy options.

Binary Point Reversal: Input Parameters

• Currency pairs: any, indices, commodities;
• Expiry time: 5 candles for M1, 3 candles for M5;
• Trading time: any;
• Risk Management: Choose an option volume where the risk is no more than 2 – 5% of the deposit per trade.

Installing indicators and system model

• Unzipping the file with models and indicators;
• Copy the indicators to the MQL4 folder -> indicators;
• Copy the templates to the templates folder;
• Restarting the terminal;
• Open the chart of the desired currency pair;
• Install a template called binary point rollback.

Signals that indicate the purchase of a call option

• A yellow dot and an up arrow have formed near the lower edge of the channel;
• White slope direction indicator line;
• The line of the Stochastic SMA indicator crosses the level 20 upwards (optional).

 
Signals that indicate the purchase of a put option

• A yellow dot and a down arrow have formed near the upper edge of the channel;
• Red slope direction indicator line;
• The line of the Stochastic SMA indicator crosses the 80 level from top to bottom (optional).

Additional use of the Stochastic SMA indicator makes trading more conservative — the number of entries will decrease, but its accuracy will be higher than with aggressive trading.
