Scalping Trading Strategy

A trading strategy It can be used for scalping as well as trend trading with high profitability.

Scalping Trading Strategy: Entry Parameters

• Currency Pairs: major currency pairs, gold;
• Timeframe: M5 and M15 (great), it is possible to use the strategy in M30 – H4;
• Trading hours: London, New York;
• Platform: MetaTrader 4
• Risk Management: After calculating the stop loss, choose a lot size not exceeding 2 – 5% of the deposit per trade.

Setting up a price chart

• Unzipping the file;
• Copy the template to the templates folder;
• Copy the indicators to the MQL4 folder -> indicators;
• Restarting the terminal;
• Open the chart of the desired currency pair;
• Install a template called freescalping.

Signals indicating the opening of a long (buy) position

• In the QQE indicator, the green line crosses the red line from bottom to top;
• Free scalping indicator formed a green bar;
• The MACD Colored indicator histogram is above the zero line;
• The Color MA indicator is green.

Signals that indicate the opening of a short (sell) position

• In the QQE indicator, the green line crosses the red line from top to bottom;

Setting Stop Loss and Take Profit orders

Take Profit depends on the time period used:

M5 = 7 – 12 points;
M15 = 9 – 15 points.

Stop Loss is set above/below the previous local high/low.

Trades can be closed in several ways:

• When changing the color of the Color MA indicator;
• When the price reaches one of the pivot levels;
• Profit/stop loss ratio is 2 to 1.

The scalping trading strategy is a great strategy. At the same time, with some optimization of the rules, this strategy can be used as a trending strategy in almost any time frame.
