Trading Strategy for Binary Options Forex Money Arrow

Forex Money Arrow trading strategy is designed for binary options and is built on a combination of trend indicators, oscillators and support and resistance zones.

Forex Money Arrow strategy uses the lowest timeframes for trading so it can be used for scalping.

Forex Money Arrow: Entry Parameters

• Currency pairs: majors, commodity assets, indices;
• Deadline: M1 and M5;
• Binary Options Expiry Time: 3 – 5 candles for M1, 5-7-10 candles for M5 (depending on distance to support or resistance zone);
• Trading hours: London, New York;
• Risk Management: Choose an option volume where the risk is no more than 2 – 5% of the deposit per trade.

Installing indicators and system model

• Unzipping the file with models and indicators;
• Copy the indicators to the MQL4 folder -> indicators;
• Copy the templates to the templates folder;
• Restarting the terminal;
• Open the chart of the desired currency pair;
• Install a template called Forex Money Arrow.

Signals that indicate a call option

• The price is above the support level;
• Bollinger band stop indicator (Fx MoneyArrow01) is directed upwards;
• Heiken ashi smoothed line is below price;
• Blue BMA Power Point Indicator;
• Blue indicator point BMA Trend;
• MACD (Binary MoneyArrow05) indicator bar blue;
• The OsMa indicator bar (Binary MoneyArrow03) is blue.

Signals that indicate a put option

• The price is below the resistance level;
• Bollinger band stop indicator (Fx MoneyArrow01) is directed downwards;
• The smoothed Heiken ashi line is located above the price;
• Red BMA Power Point Indicator;
• Red dot BMA trend indicator;
• MACD indicator bar (Binary MoneyArrow05) red;
• The OsMa indicator bar (Binary MoneyArrow03) is red.

Note that the author of the strategy used some indicators (OsMa, MACD, Bollinger Bands Stop) under their own names, which does not change their essence. Also, saturation of the strategy with indicators can cause difficulties, especially for novice traders.

It is likely that experienced traders can replace the 4 indicators in the lower windows used by others, reducing their number without losing effectiveness.
